In these terms and conditions, the words “we”, “us”, “our” and similar expressions refer to the Rossi Posse. By placing an order through Our site, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and You are at least 18 years old.
After choosing your Monthly Donation, you will receive an invite to our personalized platform within 24 hours. All of the information you will need will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout! (Be sure to check spam folder as it will be coming from an unfamiliar email address)
All contributions are rewarded equally, whether it’s $5 or $50 per month. Choose whichever tier is best suited for your financial situation. It’s important to note that this platform is “Donation Based” & not a paid service. This means that perks are a provided “Bonus” to people donating, not a service that is to be expected in return of your contribution.
If you forgot to cancel your monthly donation before your billing date, please contact us & we’ll issue you a refund within 3-5 business days. Once we issue the refund, depending on your bank’s regulations & Paypal’s,
additional time may be added before the money is deposited into your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will never be sold to a 3rd party, or disclosed to anybody outside of our platform! Fellow Members may be able to see your First/Last Name, but your personal information such as Phone Number, Address, Email, or other information provide will remain private to official Team Members only. Your monthly contribution amount will never be disclosed to anyone other than our team — Fellow members won’t be able to see your monthly contribution.
In the event our Terms & Privacy settings change, You will be sent an updated version of all changes. All changes won’t be applied until 24 hours after the notice has been sent. In that time if you do not agree or support the changes, you will have the option to cancel your monthly contribution & opt out. We have the right to change any/all aspects of our platform that we feel is in the best interest for our users & the platform.
